Wrapping Equipments
There are Four Methods and four types of stretch wrapping equipments from which you can select for your appropriate one for your packaging requirements.
Rotary pallet Wrapper :
The equipment consists of a rotary turntable surface to place the pallet load and a vertical frame fixed with the film roll on a shaft. As the pallet loud rotates, the film is unwound from the roll and wrapped around the load. During wrapping of the film, the film roll with the shaft mover along the frame, up and downward resulting in the spiral wrapping of the load. The film used has relatively lesser width than the load. Some of the rotary wrappers may use full length of film if required and available.
Horizontal Wrapper or bundle Wrapper :
This differs markedly with the rotary pallet wrapper instead of the load rotating, the film rotates around the load for wrapping. The type of equipment are intended for long loads like rods, bars, pipes etc.

Reel Wrapper :
The reels of paper, carpet or jute etc are placed on two rotating rolls, horizontally. Unlike the rotary pallet wrapper, the film roll is fixed on a shaft on a horizontal frame above the product. The reel rotates by rotation of two rolls and the film is wrapped around the reels. During the wrapping operation, the film rolls moves horizontally on the frame along the length of the reel for full wrapper. Some of the reel wrappers use only radial winding but in most of the cases both radial and axial winding is preferred.

Collation Wrapper :
The products are collated mechanically or manually on a wrapping unit to bundle and stretch wrapped by a film. The process used for packaging of smaller units reduces significant Packaging Material consumption and eliminates the use of a tray or a box when usually the products are placed for conventional packaging.
